Current measurement of electrical circuits
Our current transformers 0.33 V offer considerable advantages when metering the intensity (current) of electrical circuits:
- Split core, which means easy installation and high accuracy (1%). It is not necessary to disconnect any cables or shut down the installation.
- It is possible to calculate the summation of circuits without matching transformers.
- The signals can be transmitted over long distances, up to 100m.
They are suitable for circuits with a nominal current up to 800 A. For higher values or for groups of cables of larger cross section, the use of Rogowski coils is recommended.
